In the Spotlight

We are excited for the 2021-2022 school year to begin!
Welcome back Bobcats!

Here is a little information to help you transition into the 2021-2022 School year:

Cafeteria Forms: These will be in a large white envelope. ALL students need to return these forms to their homeroom teacher.

Lincoln County Schools Student Registration Form: ALL students must return this form. All information must be completed or the forms will be returned to the students. We must have a form on every student (even if you completed one this summer at registration). Please read the information and provide the most up-to-date information. The last page of this form is a form to sign up for automated phone calls from the school/school system. This is one of the ways we try to stay connected (school closures due to weather).

Parent-Student-Teacher Compact-
Please remember to have your student sign this page. Parents also sign this page. We have to have one for every student.

PE Forms- Coach Kecia and Coach Tyler provide a lot of information for you. You may keep the top half of this form and return only the signature section.

Nurse Forms: One packet (Lincoln County Board of Education Medicine Policy) is for informational purposes and you may keep it at home. The other packet is the Lincoln County Schools Health History form. ALL students must return this form. All information needs to be complete and up-to-date. There is also an authorization for medication. If your students has to take medicine at school, Nurse Robin must have that form completed and medication must be delivered to the school by a parent/guardian. If you have questions, you can contact the school and speak with Nurse Robin between the hours of 7:30am - 2:30pm at (931) 937-6823.

Other forms and information from specific teachers/ grade levels may be included. Please read all information and complete all paperwork.

Thank you,
Flintville School Faculty and Staff
